Mary brings more than 30 years of management experience to her role as a client services manager, including more than 10 years at Richter. As the primary contact for more than 30 skilled nursing facility clients, Mary oversees their day-to-day revenue cycle needs, monitors operational performance, identifies opportunities for improvement, and aligns solutions with financial and operational goals. Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as days sales outstanding, accounts receivable aging, collections and denial rates, she identifies and rectifies systemic billing or payer issues that affect reimbursement.
Success in Mary’s role is measured not only by the monthly financials, but by the strength of client relationships she has steadily built and nurtured. She has earned the trust of her clients by consistently demonstrating loyalty, anticipating needs, offering transparency and providing prompt resolution. Not one to dance around an issue, Mary confronts every challenge with open, honest communication—even when conversations are difficult. Her empathetic and practical approach allows her to turn complex situations into positive outcomes.
Mary grew up in Ohio and currently resides in the Cleveland area. She is the youngest of 10 siblings, which taught her early on to be independent, adaptable and resilient. Nowadays, time away from work is spent traveling to visit family in California, or somewhere warm in the Caribbean.
