Jillian has developed a deep wealth of knowledge since her initial days as a summer accounting intern at Richter. Over the past decade of her accounting career she has excelled at helping clients overcome challenging financial situations. By approaching every challenge with meticulous attention to detail and clear communication, she has established herself as a reliable and invaluable resource for both clients and her colleagues. Her client’s satisfaction is of utmost importance, so she takes the time to ensure accuracy and compliance when preparing and analyzing financials. When variances arise, she proactively communicates with stakeholders, anticipating their needs and providing additional insight on any underlying risks.

Continuous improvement is a big focus for Jillian’s contract controller duties, and she is always looking for ways to enhance accounts payable processes, improve cash flow and mitigate risks. She believes that “quick fixes” are highly inefficient, and therefore makes it a priority to address the root cause of a problem to prevent costly mistakes for her clients. She is not afraid to step out of her comfort zone and embraces change with an enthusiastic attitude that motivates everyone around her. 

Jillian lives in Columbus, Ohio with her husband and two young children, who keep her busy with school and extracurricular activities. As a family, they enjoy giving back to their community by volunteering at a food pantry whose mission is to alleviate hunger for children in the local school district.
