Since joining the Richter team more than 15 years ago, Aimee has taken on a variety of roles—but one thing that has remained constant is her unwavering loyalty. She has always believed in the company’s mission and the core values that guide their work each day, and it is those values that have shaped her into the dependable and resourceful leader she has become today.

As Richter’s billing manager, Aimee manages the day-to-day operations for the revenue cycle department, which provides specialized services for every function of the revenue cycle from admissions to final payment. Under her leadership, the billing team ensures that billing processes are completed on time and according to client standards, and that reimbursements on outstanding receivables are maximized.

Keeping close tabs on her client’s key performance indicators (KPI’s), Aimee is keen on providing transparency to her team and her clients, and is always willing to talk through any issues or concerns that may be impacting outcomes. Her persistent follow-through and ability to navigate complicated situations has allowed her to achieve unexpected results. Durid COVID, for example, many providers had difficulty interpreting new CMS guidance regarding Medicare waivers and reimbursement deadlines. Determined to “move mountains” for her clients, Aimee was highly successful in obtaining reimbursements that would have otherwise been ignored.

Although Aimee is originally from Iowa, she has resided in Ohio for most of her life. She has a secret talent for singing, although she tends to spend more of her free time today focused on her health and fitness goals. Aimee is a huge fan of audio books and is always looking for recommendations on what to listen to next.
