As the director of clinical consulting, Landa is responsible for leading the clinical consulting team as they provide clinical, operational and eHR solutions to post-acute health care providers. By keeping apprised of federal regulations and changes across the LTPAC industry, she prepares clients to proactively meet new expectations through Richter’s custom-designed services. In 2023, Landa became Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC)^®, after demonstrating her expertise in healthcare compliance processes and effective compliance programs. 

Landa takes her position as an educator seriously, and is always eager to share the knowledge she has accumulated over the course of her 30+ year career. Her mentees appreciate her ability to take complex rules and simplify them - without sacrificing any valuable details. As someone who is extremely vested in her team, her greatest accomplishments are the successful careers she has helped nurture over the years. 

Landa attributes her affinity for education to her love of reading, which has been a favorite hobby since growing up on a farm in southern Illinois. Serving as the first employee in her mother’s florist business, she learned the value of business ethics at a young age. Landa currently lives in Cleveland, Tennessee with her husband, where she continues to enjoy floristry, along with cooking and listening to an eclectic variety of music.
