Since earning her Master of Business Administration in Accounting, Tiffany has been on a mission to help organizations improve their financial decision-making, mitigate risks and enhance client satisfaction. Her previous roles as a revenue integrity officer, accountant, controller and analyst for top healthcare and software development companies have shaped her unique skillset and pushed her to think outside the box to achieve results.

Tiffany is always on the hunt for new ideas to resolve financial inefficiencies and vulnerabilities. After realizing how one of her client’s struggled to keep up with aging receivables, she spearheaded a team and developed a bot that automated the most tedious part of the recovery process, allowing her client to focus on higher priorities. She also recognizes that some solutions don’t require flashy new innovations or applications—just effective communication. This is where Tiffany’s abilities truly shine. As someone who is approachable and willing to understand the underlying issues, she has a knack for bringing stakeholders together to tackle even the most urgent and difficult challenges. 

As a financial consultant with Richter, Tiffany is responsible for resolving client issues involving financial processes, workflows, electronic medical records and compliance. Using her highly analytical and technical skills, industry insight and client acumen, she evaluates and implements solutions that will boost productivity, reduce costs and drive long-term client relationships. 

Tiffany resides in Austin, Texas, where you will typically find her enjoying the outdoors with her husband and two dogs. She loves to swim or kayak at a beach, or camp and hike beautiful trails. One of her favorite beaches she has traveled to is the Virgin Islands National Park, which holds a special place in her heart as the location of her wedding. She enjoys cooking for her family and is always looking for inspiration from food networks, but the dish she is best known for is her pot roast.
