Jessica Hurley

Manager of Financial Consulting

Prior to joining Richter, Jessica dedicated a decade of her career to PointClickCare, a leading electronic health record (EHR) software provider specializing in solutions for long-term care and senior living communities. In her roles as a customer success manager and financial software consultant, she learned that the road to effective outcomes begins with strong relationships—not only with her clients but her internal project team. With a strong understanding of industry challenges and a deep appreciation of technology, she contributed to the development and enhancement of many system upgrades and new releases. She is passionate about helping her clients capitalize on system capabilities and optimize existing workflows so they can prioritize resident care.

Jessica has also worked as an accounts receivable supervisor at a large senior care organization, where she was responsible for developing processes and implementing strategies to increase financial accuracy and reduce receivables.

As Richter’s manager of financial consulting, Jessica collaborates with clients and her financial project team to identify and resolve challenges and inefficiencies involving accounts receivables, cash flow, reimbursements and compliance. Always thinking outside the box, her creative approach to problem-solving and her intuitive nature allow her to work through any issue and find a solution, even if it is a little unconventional.

Residing outside the Twin Cities in Minnesota, Jessica’s favorite part of the day is the time spent in the kitchen preparing homemade meals with her family. When she is not making her own bread, cheese or pasta, she finds joy and relaxation in the outdoors. She is thankful for all the memories her family has created during all their camping adventures.
