In her role as Client Services Manager, Mary works closely with clients to help them meet an array of revenue cycle challenges. Among her responsibilities, she manages client billing teams, reviews client schedules, builds healthy communication with facility managers and staff, reviews schedules and more—all with the goal of maximizing client collections and profitability. Mary has 20 years of management experience.
