After spending nearly 25 years in the post-acute healthcare industry, Yolanda has developed a keen ability to identify and rectify challenges involving accounts receivables, cash flow, reimbursements, and compliance. Her attention to detail and desire to solve complex problems motivates her to improve workflow efficiencies and increase cash flow for her clients – however difficult it may seem.

As the liaison between Richter’s financial project team and its clients, she is responsible for reaching productivity goals. While focused on providing the best possible client experience, she goes above and beyond to ensure processes are accurately documented and up-to-date with regulatory compliance. Yolanda is a frequent presenter at state and national conferences on topics involving healthcare regulatory changes, as well as best practices for managing audits and denials.
