In his role as Director of Revenue Cycle Management, Ken is responsible for overseeing Richter’s revenue cycle management service line and evaluating its impact on clients and staff. He has nearly 30 years of experience in all functional areas of revenue cycle management and outsourced professional services. Most recently, Ken has worked in the consulting industry where he helped clients focus on denials management, process improvement, cash acceleration, management training and education, operational readiness and compliance in the revenue cycle environment. In his role at Richter, he will help clients navigate the transition from fee-for-service to quality-based reimbursement methodology and manage the impact of data-driven models in the post-acute care industry.
